But as I have said to Moon in previous discussions if you look at other boards that are THRIVING they all have a niche. Be it political, entertainment/gossip based, etc. Firing Line comes to mind if you guys want to check it out..Yes the amount of people posting on forums is less, but there are plenty of boards doing just fine.. The problem is our niche got stale, as several pointed out short of a new movie, (heaven forbid a good one) its just fizzled. I had an idea many many years ago to do a revival ala Rocky Horror but I'm lazy. There is a similar phenomena happening with "The Big Lebowski". Some folks get together dress up as characters from the movie, and use a projector to show the flick on the side of building every weekend. I mean there are fan cons everywhere, for tons of different movies. I truly feel the Crow has gotten the shaft in that arena. The Theater here shows it at Midnight every halloween, woo hoo! I did actually check into renting a theater weekly but the cost would be to great here in the most expensive fricking place in the world. But I guarantee somplace like Berkeley with a broke down theater would be cool and affordable.
