The leather jacket in COA was a style known as a Preists Coat. It's tight fitting around torso and has some flare at the legs. Black vinyl pants are somthing you can find online. The Bottons on the pants are just rounded buttons, any hobby shop would do for finding them.

The shirt in the movie (I assume you mean the first one with Brandon Lee [RIP]) was a type of fabric known as mole skin, although a silk thermal undershirt will work just fine.

Make-up can be a difficult thing. I use clown make-up and a combonation of black eyeliner and lipstick. You have to careful not to get anything that would cause a reaction of any kind.
