Looking back its like a diary seeing some of the old posts that I once wrote. It's amazing to see how my poetry has changed as well and looking at some of the old poems I wrote also caught a certain period of my life and put only now can I really say "Was that me?" Since I joined I've married, divorced, traveled the world twice, moved to a new country and now I am an author. I guess leaving the rat race was not such a bad idea. I love this forum and though my visits are very rare, it will always be a home to me.

I'd been without an internet connection for almost two years, so it was hard to get here. Anyway, life wise I've been married for over a year, it will be two this September. I'd been unemployed for almost two years as well. I'm working now but I'm losing my job again to outsourcing. Luckily my husband has a good in demand job. I'm attempting to get back to writing and playing around with drawing (so far not so well LOL). That's it. I'm glad to see that you all are still around and doing well. I can't believe it's been 9 years since I've started posting here.

No I haven't forgotten about this place at first.. Yes I was too busy to come here and than it slipped out my mind as well as the quote Brandon gave in that interview. I somehow remembered it now when I'm pretty much loosing my touch with the real ground..And I felt like coming back This whole pre-studying euphoria I had is now long lost... Ancient greek is a god damn hard thing to learn.. and the worst to translate!! History is way out of what I've expected but at least I still love it.. it's just sooo much to learn... I still have 250 pages out of 700 and exam is this friday!!! Feeling like going insane.. :S But I'm glad to see this place still alive I've been reading some stuff here around and.. It seems that you guys were that older generation I always wanted to be when I was in highschool.. living in the era of massive rock concerts.. in the time when best movies ever were made.. But I guess this is also that most of you who are still active are from USA... (or am I wrong?)

Dark, I completely understand what you mean about the writing. I do the same thing, its funny how things change and something so important, seems forgotten a decade later.. Anyway, i finished university a couple years ago, then i completed my military obligations (all greeks have to join the army for a year) and now i work as a salesman and a part time teacher (hopefully soon i will get a job as a full time teacher). I'm still writing the "Age of Aurora" stories with my friend although time has become a luxury we don't have any more so writing advances at a snail's pace. And ofcourse from time to time (a couple per year) i check in here to say hello. I guess this place is like a security blanket for some of us, we just need to know it's there to feel safe. ps i still hope for a female crow movie that will bring new people in the fold. but i guess what we will actually get will be nothing more than a crappy remake if we're lucky. though i like to thing that kill bill was a crow movie, even without the crows and makeup And every prayer we pray at night,has somehow lost it's meaning...
